Authors will receive their paper acceptance emails in early June 2025. Authors who have not registered by June 30, 2025, in the final submitted paper version, will have their paper removed from the program and the proceedings.

Accompany person ticket package: $300/¥2100 (Including: Welcome Reception, Conference Banquet and Farewell Reception)
Conference Banquet ticket for one non-registered guest: $100/¥700

REGISTRATION POLICES

Please review the registration policies, fees, and important information below, for a detailed description please refer to the box of a specific registration fee.
· All accepted papers (including Presentation Only papers) must pay a FULL registration fee (in-person or virtual/online) by June 27, 2025. Otherwise, they will be considered withdrawn.
· Student registration will not be allowed to upload a final paper.
· Each in-person FULL registration can upload up to two accepted papers. The first paper is included with conference registration. Second paper will be subject to a $275/¥1900 additional paper fee.
· An Extra Page Charge is $150/¥1100/page for any paper over 6 pages to a maximum of 2 additional pages (T-RO, RAL, T-ASE papers do not need extra paper charge).
· IEEE Life Member registration does NOT include papers upload and Conference Banquet. The latter can be purchased for $100/¥700 separately.
· Each VIRTUAL/ONLINE registration fee can only upload one accepted paper.
· A valid member number must be provided at the time of registration if registering at the IEEE/RAS Member rates. 
· Student attendees must provide a copy of their student ID or a letter from the relevant department head/chair. 
· All in-person registration fees include the Conference Banquet and all other social events.
· Additional accompanying person tickets (two different options) can be purchased separately.

In-Person FULL Registration:
· All plenary sessions, panel sessions, technical sessions, proceedings, and workshops on August 21,2026.
· Upload up to two accepted papers. The first paper is included with conference registration. Second paper will be subject to a $275/¥1900 additional paper fee.
· Lunch (on August 18) and daily coffee breaks.
· Welcome reception.
· Conference Banquet.
· Pre-conference workshops and tutorials on August 17, 2026, not included.

In-Person STUDENT Registration:
· All plenary sessions, technical sessions, and proceedings.
· 1 lunch (on August 18, 2026) and daily coffee breaks.
· Welcome reception.
· Conference banquet.
· Pre-conference workshops and tutorials on August 17, 2026, not included.

Virtual FULL Registration:
· Access to plenary sessions, and proceedings.
· Access to online technical sessions ONLY (not all sessions will be online).
· Upload ONE accepted paper ONLY.

Virtual STUDENT Registration:
· Access to plenary sessions and proceedings.
· Access to online technical sessions ONLY.

In-Person Pre-Conference Workshop Registration:
· All pre-conference workshops and tutorial sessions on August 17, 2026.
· Lunch and coffee break.

Virtual Pre-Conference Workshop Registration:
All online pre-conference workshops and tutorial sessions on August 17, 2026.

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to case2026@163.com
1.Any request for cancellation and refund is at the discretion of the conference committee.
2.For in-person paid registrants
(a) Before June 13, 2026, the paid registrants have three options:
· Cancellation with full refund can be granted. A $50/¥350 processing fee will be charged.
· Registrants may choose to transfer the paid in-person full or student registrations to the virtual full or student registrations, respectively. The registration fee difference will be refunded, and a $50/¥350 processing fee will be charged.
· Alternative to refund, paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organization. 
(b) Between June 14, 2026, and July 18, 2026, the paid registrants have three options:
· Cancellation with 1/2 refund can be granted. A $50/¥350 processing fee will be charged.
· Registrants may choose to transfer the paid in-person full or student registrations to the virtual full or student registrations, respectively. The registration fee difference will be refunded, and a $50/¥350 processing fee will be charged.
· Alternative to refund, paid registrations can be transferred to another member of the same organization. A $50/¥350 processing fee will be charged.
3. For virtual paid registrants: NO requests of cancellation, refund, and/or transfer will be accepted and processed.
